Objective/Challenges:

Small elevators, some things had to be hauled up the stairs, Bring the condos into a new century and create a space inviting for renters

Solution:

Worked with the owner who was hands-on in creating condos that are immaculate and above what a renter would expect to rent. The client was delighted.
